We also offer health share plans that can fit well and complement the primary care model. If you already have health insurance, we recommend that you maintain it for situations beyond primary care, such as: Catastrophic events, Specialist referrals, Surgeries or Advanced Therapies, Emergency room visits and Hospitalizations. While Direct Primary Care provides personalized, accessible care, having insurance ensures you're covered for unexpected, higher-level medical needs. I have Medicare insurance. Can I still become a member?If you’re a Medicare beneficiary, you’re welcome to be part of our Direct Primary Care family at Zivi Health! You’ll simply need to sign a waiver acknowledging that neither you nor our providers will bill Medicare for our services or subscription fees. Rest assured, your Medicare benefits can still be used for: Lab tests, imaging (e.g., X-rays, MRIs), medications, hospitalizations. This allows you to enjoy the personalized care of our DPC model while continuing to use Medicare for broader healthcare services. If you have any questions, we’re happy to walk you through the process!

I have TennCare. Can I still become a member?Yes, you can join Zivi Health! Tennessee state law allows healthcare providers to accept direct payment for services or medical products from TennCare beneficiaries. However, please note that TennCare will not cover or reimburse any of our Direct Primary Care (DPC) services or membership fees. By joining, you’ll gain access to personalized, convenient care through our DPC model, while still being able to use TennCare for other healthcare needs outside of our services. We’re happy to answer any questions and guide you through the process—your health journey is important to us!
